Heh, I guess what happened in the GIF was that the 24-hour supermarket had to close access to its alcohol department with a chain because it's illegal to sell alcohol in Russia between 11 PM and 8 AM local time, and the guy was trying to shoplift at night, had probably drunk some vodka already.
