I just found this thread, and I think I am too late to add anything important.
I would like to just say that I believe that there is nothing wrong with smoking weed (except legally in most places), and that marij. is very useful medicinally, socially, and even economically. 
just make cookies u don't damage ur lungs that way and u can still enjoy it.
I've played stoned and if u don't use loads just enough to relax u then yes its +ev but I have found that I do win more with out it though so for me playing straight is more +ev than stoned.
More people suffer chronic heath problems for alcohol than pot thus alcohol should be illegal as well ♦ and it would be if it was discovered today but its been with use for a very long time. The only diff is that the drinks industry is regulated and pot is not regulated if it where it would probable be legal.

Mixy can play stoned quite well it relieves her anxiety even at lower limits
me stoned is abought par with me playing drunk wich leads to me wakeing up in the morning with a headache wondering where the F my BR went .
I would recomend against either and personally will not play poker even if im tired anymore never mind altered mindstate.
But also IMO if you can be honest with yourself abought results and are more comfortable playing like that why not.
