NFD 3b pot vs dkbet flop

The villain seems a little nitt 9% overall PFR. A donk bet flop, can have everything ... but with an opponent who has PFR 9% of the call to 3bet, I think it will be vs Tp, sets, OP (few times) and air ... you block enough FDs. Flop called and evaluated turn... we have enough equity, we do not need to raisar because vs this villain I think that few times we do better fold and rarely we make pay with worse ... besides that we are IP, that is we carry out more equity ...

Agree with aaneto for the most part.
Regarding preflop I will mix some calls against such tight players, even with AKs when they raise from UTG/MP.
3 betting is absolutely fine with such a strong hand.
Folding OTF is out of question, we have too much equity (two overs, flushdraw and backdoor draws) and position.
Raising flop against such a nit is folding out the few bluffs he can have. Call and re-evaluate turn would be my choice too.
He shouldn't have 44/66. AJs/ KK-TT, maybe QJs, are basically the only hands we are behind. We crush AQ, KQ.
KJ shouldn't call to much preflop.

We block every FD/AA/KK, so we're facing JJ/QQ/air most of the time, sometimes 44/66 and maybe some pp (77-TT with ) but sizing OOP is so big on a semi-drawy 3bpot flop that it seems to be only for value (AJ is probably a fold preflop or not leading this board or x/r)
So we have position but we're drawing dead vs JJ+ except whith some flushes, BUT we need 2 streets to have the best of our equity of this flush, so I think call flop fold turn is the worst play.. I guess we have to raise (maybe shove) here or fold..
