Overall looks fine.
Preflop ok.
Flop I think I would check sometimes and then delay cbet on a paired board 3-way. I think this way you have more bluffs in your range than when you bet flop and check turn and it might induce some more calls.
I think the 8 OTR is a brick, Q9 shouldn't even open raise preflop from UTG. Jx, TT are possible.
This spots are always strange and I think it is better to fold than to call. Your range is not that capped, you still have some strong hands (I do 3bet AJo vs UTG often, not that much when MP/CO have called): AA, KK, QQ.
Being so deep also advocates for a fold.

I would Cbet the flop at least half pot against at least 1 weaker player on a dry board on NL2. Even a thin value bet on the turn is for me a decent option, but after his over shove on the river I would fold as well.

Overall is wp, but i agree with sdk, at least 1/2 por otf and i would double barrel. OTR agaisnt that shove its a fold.

My go to sizing in this spot is 1/3 pot since we are IP, the board is pretty dry, the pot is already quite big and the strength of my range, but I could see arguments for going 1/2 pot.

I also think it was a pretty big mistake that I didn't bet the turn to get some value and deny villains free equity.
