you dont have 2 streets here. villain has a lot of Kx hands like KTs-K5s, that he happy to check back OTF.

That said, he also must have many gutshots and 1 pair hands that I could get value from (AJ/AT/A9s/QJ/QT/T9/98/JJ/TT). Also AQ should be top of my X/C range on flop so obviously top of my betting range on turn when flop goes X/X. Because all of that I think betting turn is a must. Is that wrong?

On river I don’t see any value in betting because all those hands will probably fold to 2 barrels, but since FD missed, I can get value from bluffs. Also board is very coordinated so sets and straight should have raised flop/turn, and river doesn’t complete any draws. Yes, from time to time someone will slowplay a hand that shouldn’t be slowplayed in this spot, but overall, is this thinking process correct or I’m missing something?

I would bet 35% OTR and fold to villain's raise if you don't have a note that he likes to bluff on river with busted flush draw.

I bet too the flop but not 35% because straight draw and flush draw here, and if villain have he get good odds the call, so i beted half or little bit more and if villain raise most of time we behind so easy fold. Turn bet close because if you have good information for villain call draws 2 streets in 3bet just only reason you cbet the turn and river easy fold. Only beat the busted draws.
