888 is usually very good at customer service.

It seems likely that there is confusion regarding the account names and email addresses.

Perhaps it is time for a phone call?

They definitely have much to do... After writing a ticket to the 888poker support staff you cannot expect an answer within 24 hours. In my experience it normally takes 2-3 days.

I have the same problem. The 888 support staff is very friendly and in most cases very helpful. But you have to plan for a few days.

Tomorrow it's a month and still the no deposit bonus is not released.

Having to do multiple reminders after theirs suggested 48 hour lead time.

No exaggeration one of the worst customer service I have seen so far.

Ps 2 have to coordinate myself between the support and their operations function.
Ps3 it's a bit annoying that their customer service level is so slow to respond but their deposit promotional mails are send once or twice a day. of course its automatic but someone in their marketing department should think that if you are not happy with the customer service on the easy default situations of their own promotion , why deposit and risk your own money there and not be sure you will be handled in a professional way.
