I think you overplayed your full-house.
I don't think that turn is a raise despite hitting a full. You don't have a single bluff in your range you are raising here against a double barrel (maybe something like 54s, but that's it). Let him bet all the flushdraws.
You should not raise the river as played too. Once you raise you have to call, no matter what.

Yeah raise turn every day and you can totally add bluffs here according to what you float OTF (not that I'd mind that much about balancing either of course).
