why would you want to play it differently?

In my experience when villain donks OTF, the majority of the time it is not a super strong hand. But sometimes it still is.

Now, if villain doesn't have a very good hand, should we just call and let him try to bluff us out OTT instead of making him fold? And if he does have a very good hand, do we want to get it in here?

When villain donks and then 3bets us OTF, I would perceive that as a very strong hand. 39/15 might be a fish, but those stats also might imply that he is more passive.

My line here would probably be to call flop and call again turn and river, and if villain doesn't bet I would bet myself. But against raises I would still be quite careful, not treat our TPTK as nuts and I wouldn't necessarily want to get the stacks in.

Raising flop seem,s legit, but after his click back 3bet I expct he has a big hand and is shoving over play or you have reads he's doing this with a random Kx hands and that seems unlikely.

I see no point on stacking off here without reads. Unless you know villain would stack with worst KX (which I doubt based solely on his preflop stats).

I could see villain playing KT, TT, 66 and, sometimes, even a slowplayed AA or KK or a loose K6s or T6s that way. Best case scenario, an AK, KQ or JQ with bd flush draw. Not many passive fishes would 3bet that board with top pair or worst, in my experience.

You could raise/call flop and calldown or simply calldown all the way.
