[Closed] Being angry stops now!

I have a little plan to tell. Last couple days or weeks i have been playing SNGs instead of cash games. In SNGs all-in preflop situations occur quite often and its often flip. Lately i have had bad luck at winning all-in prelop situations and it made me angry. It seemed like i lost every important flip and not only flips i had. Because of this some occasional "f***" came out of me on IRC (loosing AA vs A7s vs 86s?!?!). Not happy about that. I guess it helped to cope with being angry a bit but i dont like to bring it out on other IRC users who dont want to see angry texts after every flip i loose. Yesterday Cannell555 gave me link to badger song to laugh at when i lose to cheer myself up:Kinda worked :) Thanks for that. And so - plan is to train up my anger management and remain calm after bad beats, no luck periods in flips etc. I am asking for IRC channel participant help as well - if you see me swearing, just say to me "Badger, badger, badger .. mushroom!". Will see how long i can stand without saying a single "f***" word in chat while playing :)
