It looks like you are dealing with a weaker player based on the huge gap between VPIP and PFR. Off course it would be nice to know his HU stats. I don't think a call pre-flop and on the flop is bad with 73s and a backdoor flush and straight draw. River seems like a easy fold. You beat nothing except a bluff and board is extreme wet.

I dont mind limp-call with bit more connected suited hand (like 76s, 75s) but 73s is just too crappy. So fold to raise pre.

On flop fold is too weak with gutshot and backdoor flush draw so that leave call and raise. I personally prefer raise little bit over call because you have zero showdown value, some nut potential and hand is weak enough that you can raise-fold it in case villain 3bet flop. So I would probably raise to 5bb and fold to shove some portion of time. If not then calling.

Turn is best card possible for you that wont improve your hand so once villain check this is time to pull the trigger and shove remaining 12bb! You have combo draw so even if villain has lets say AA you will have 9 outs to flush plus 6 outs to straight which will still give over 30% equity. Not too shabby spot to create good amount of fold equity with lot of equity to improve if called.

As played river is check-fold most of time. You can have some lot of better check-call hands. Like even any pair with heart kicker will at least block some flushes.

the call are okay but onlucky u hit the 7 on river but some the are fluch draw out there i think i fold
