Hi guys!

Here are the good news - all the missing StrategyPointsare added your accounts.
As you might know - because of missing points we manually assign some statuses, so it might take a day or two to fix that as well, so in case you have points for Gold and you are still Silver - that should be updated really soon as well.

StrategyPoints from pokerstars seems to have been updated accordingly.
But bonus StrategyPoints (10 points a day) seems to be the issue now.

Last month i was active 24 days but i ve only credited for 5 days from pokerstrategy.
Please credit the remaining bonus StrategyPoints so the status is updated to Gold.

That's what I've wanted to check with AlexKockar, and if that's the case I'll manually update your statuses until we fix that as well.

Hi Zeffke,

If you account at unibet has been inactive for a longer time, you can contact our support with your userID. We can check with Unibet if the account could be linked to PokerStrategy. Please note, this decision is done on case by case basis.

But your points from PokerStars are now also being counted again, as the issue with reporting was finally solved.

Just checked, and both StrategyPoints and bonus StrategyPoints and current status have been updated accordingly now.
Also it seems that points are getting credited correctly for the ongoing month.
Dont know if this was automatic or you manually fixed it, but it works for me.:f_thumbsup:

I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team. They might be able to help you locate those missing points.
