Pot Commit with JJ?

If I call Villain's three bet, there will be 34 BB in the pot and I will have 91 BB. At 2.7 SPR at the flop, I will be pot committed. I am willing to be pot committed with QQ or AKx. I would shove KK or AA. But, JJ does not seem strong enough to be pot committed. There are 3 cards greater than JJ (Q, K, A). I am really unsure as to whether JJ is strong enough for pot commitment. Please help. I truly feel clueless on this one.

you're not pot commited. you can most definitely fold flops or turns

Also SB should be 3-betting decently wide here against a CO open. You can consider 4 betting JJ.

8 handed his 31 VPIP is anything but tight too ( even though you have even looser players at the table too ) 4 Bet and fold to a 5 bet or call seems warranted as well.

You said that you are completely clueless but I don't think you are. A few different actions you can take and Kenny Tran once said, if you are not sure what to do with your hand ( which you weren't as you said ) then fold. Which you did. It's all good :)

Beware his PFR is only 7 and no 3bet yet, but indeed your not committed yet if you just call his big 3bet. 4betting seems to much against a loose passive villain pre-flop. Off course you need to fold sometimes a over pair on the flop against him and that't really tough.

Perhaps, our definition of pot committed is different. At the flop with a 2.7 SPR, I am indeed pot committed. My definition of pot committed is that I have only two choices. I can fold or bet/call up to my entire stack. I cannot call and fold later. I cannot bet and fold later.
