Hey PokerQuant,
Unfortunately only 4 states (Delaware, Nevada, New Jersey and Pennsylvania) have legalised online poker. Several other states have bills in various stages of progress.
There is a site available only to USA and Canada called Global Poker which uses a sweepstakes type deposit and withdrawal system to apparently operate legally, even to the point of being white-listed by PayPal.
I would still approach a site like that with caution, as the operators may believe they have found a loophole but Federal or state authorities may come to a different conclusion.

Definitly in Ignition..You cant use a HUD but the software is very good...ACR is just too bad in my opinion.... Dreaming about a PS Worldwide again..or Just US Players all around =p
