well I would play it the same way if I thunk villaim is able to stack of with weaker J.

Bet/fold river. When you get check/raised on the river, TP is never good.

I would most likely bet the flop a little bit more like half pot. Especially if he's loose passive. As played the river is for me a bet/fold as well. You need very good reads that he could min raise with toppair or weaker and most villains have only better hands here.
