Seems ok.
Preflop odds are good and J7s plays decently postflop.
I think this is mostly a pot odds exercise. Flop you have to call 0.16$ into a pot of 0.24$+0.16$x2 = 0.56$, which equals 0.56/0.16 = 3.5:1 odds, which is the same as 1/(1+3.5) x 100= 22.2% equity.
I think you have it with 9 outs for a clean flush. If the aggressor has a strong Ax which is likely given that he opened from UTG and cbet vs 2 players, I think you'll also have some implied odds to extract at least a street of value.
You can also improve your draw if the turn comes a K or a Q.

Open equilab and play around with some ranges so that you can get a more accurate number.
In case you called and hit the flush: I think it'll have to be slowplayed OTT, especially 3 way.

zetozinho, I am not sure, that you calculate pot odds correct.
Money to win: 0.24$ (pot size) + $0.16*2 (UTG Bet + BTN call) + $0.16 (your call size) = 1.2$
pot oddst: $0.16 (your call size) / 1.2$ (Money to win) = 0.13*100 = 13%

Hand equity: 9 outs * 2% + 1% = 19%
Hand equity > pot oddst so Herro call is +

.23 x 72 - 16 = +0.56 any less than 23% and we get -ev.

56/16 = 3.5/1
Hand equity for the turn 9 x 2 = 18%
So the flop call is slightly - ev but we do have implied odds to consider.
