what line should i take? or its -ev to call it pre? because its pretty hard to get value oop

I think I would either bet out close to pot or c/r, otherwise you will get difficulties getting it in on the river. I think I would go for potbet since we're 3way.

I think you can call preflop if you're opponents are very aggressive but remember you have to play oop and that you wont get value that easily.

I think the preflop call is ok since you're getting 4:1.

I'd bet bigger on the flop because any hand that calls $12 will call $16, too.

The same applies for the turn, but as Joenaes said you could also go for a checkraise, depending on your opponent.
