You cant! I contacted support and he told me that I would have to calculate it based on how many FPP I accumulated.

You probably got a stupid/lazy support guy. Just contact them again, they've told me every time so far. I wagered like 390$ so far and collected 43FPP. FPP and wage are NOT connected!
Well, they didn't even care to reply to my e-mail :). I guess it all depends on their mood :).
Meanwhile I've managed to double up my starting 50$ there and I didn't really played much. 4-4.5 hours altogether of two-tabling on 3c/6c and today on 5c/10c. I know it's a little above my br but the field is sooo fishy... I've actually won an all-in for 100bb with A-high againt a guy who wasn't drawing. I was like wtf?
I've considered a table with >35% players on flop a good one on partypoker, but here it's hard to find one with less then 40% and I often play on >50%. It still amuses me.
Hey guys, I registered on Thursday I think? Whatever the first day was when they initially sent out the email.
Still havent received a starting capital. Any idea who or where I can contact for support on the capital?

Since it takes up to 2 WORKING days for you to recieve the capital, you shouldn't send tickets to support and just wait till monday ;).

4 days and no capital and I meet all the requirements.
It looks like I won't be receiving this aditional startig capital.
I've never had a Real money account at 888 and really wanted to check this site out as it's well known for being very fishy.
Are there others who have waited at least 96 hours but infortunetely not received any $?
So I receive a message from PokerStrategy today saying I didnt use their download link to register my account at 888.com.
This has really annoyed as I checked I was doing it correctly at every stage.
And I'm told I didn't when I checked I was doing exactly as all of you who have recieved your new capitital have done.

Seems i'm the only person to have had a glitch because I followed what a player did who already received the capital.

And I guess PokerStrategy would'nt undo the username I entered for the account to be tracked though i'll ask.
I have not deposited so I suppose I could re-download if I was able to re-enter a username to be tracked, unsure on this though.
Damn i reall wanted to check out 888.

No I had freshly installed it.
Cant' blame them but obviously PS.com will reinterate that i didn't do it correctly.
Would be exellent if they untrack the username i have already given, let me use a new one and see if it goes through.
your not the only one with this problem I also have it too.
I wrote a ticket to ps.de asking about the delay and was informed my account wasnt tracked even though I followed all the steps.
I have since sent an e-mail to pacific poker, and was told the promotions people will look over the matter.
I would suggest you try the same as me.
I will do mate.
Though if PS.com wont untrack the current username I would not be able to enter a new one to be tracked

Have you downloaded pacific poker through the link on PS site?
they don´t track it becouse of 888 pop ups. Each popup saves a cookie in your pc 
and even if you click on ps link later, the cookie will retrack it automaticly. I am afraid i have the same problem. But there must be some kind of way to solve this as it wasnt hour intention to do so. And it was ileagaly offered to us completely against our will. We should spam their emails or something ...
