Hm, first i make 260$ from 50$ bonus and I try to cashout 200, and then for 2 weeks I sent a picture with my drivers licence and I had to go to the bank to get a paper that contains my address.. went to the bank where they told me that they cannot give me a paper with my address on it.. there isn't a standart paper like that.. so I got only a paper with some infos about my account... that was no good.. they told me that they need a bill or something with my address on it(I don't have a bill on my name..there are all on my mothers name).. and I need to say that the support answers always on the last hour of those 48 hours that they say they do All this lasted 2 weeks.. and after that I get an email telling me that I need to wager 5000$(no, I didn't knew that until I got this email).. well.. at least I got tilted and wagered 3000$ ♦ and made 700 strategy points in one week playing 10, 20 or even 50$ sng's and 0,5/1 nlh. now I have like 320$. I will wager in one week the rest and hopefuly I'll reach 500$ too. Anyway, worst impresion about the support on 888 mostly.. and I hate that on low stack so often I get bad beats.. horible bad beats P.S. Even if i deposit I can't cashout any money from those I made from the bonus??

I misted no more free cash?

This didn't work for me. I earned 888 points and did all of the instructions sent to my email. It has been over a week already, and I haven't received the $50 free cash yet. Does anybody know a possible cause of this? Send me a message please. Thanks.

I found an old official letter from my bank.. and that was ok..

Another thing: they give 20$ if you cooperate with them and you send them all documents they need to check you out.. but the problem is that if you wager the 50$ you got and want to cashout you can't because you need to wager all the bounuses, including the 20$ they give you... and another 12$ promotion bonus don't know from where.. so they try to make things very hard for you if you want to cashout.. that wasn't easy to discover at all.. talking with live support.. i needed to ask them question by question, the girl from "supporting" me was typing stupid answers that made no sense.. or she copy/paste some things that I didn't asked for. GL if you try to cashout here

I applied for this when i first got the email. Still havent heard any thing off them and the ticket i opened was answered with it will be creditted in 48 hours yet a week has now passed and all my other ticket replys have been ignored. This happen to any one else?

Cooperate=sent all document they ask you to and manage to prove that you are you:) I received an email telling that I've cleared the bonus.. and 7/20/2009 at 11:24 AM US$250.00 In Process ...

I don't believe you. If you cleared the bonus you wouldn't be bronze now for sure. Do you work for them? They told me that 3 days took them to approve my cashout + 4-7 working days I need to wait to receive the money into my account...initialy they told me that in 28 july, now they tell me that in 3 August I will see my money.. bulls**t after bu*lsh*t. Where can we complain about problems with poker platforms.. and I'm not talking about their support.. they don't even spell right.. and I'm not talking about ordinary mistakes.. but major ones in official letters.. examples: my name is totaly wrong typed and numbers like "2o" and so on..
