Glad I am not the first one that is having tremendous issues with 888. Just gave them a call now and took a while for them to confim which affiliate I was with.
Anyways they are going to contact their promotions team and get back to me in 48hrs. It has already been 96 hours since I sent my application to them. Not a good start for this site.
I'm waiting for my starting capital too
The software is so bad that I don't plan to play w/ my money there

Well, I don't know if this promotion has been announced on any other poker site, but since it's been out I've been making nice money on Pacific. If it's due to PS TAG players becoming LAG minding little about the money they got for free, I thank them all. 
LOL, I thnk the team at 888 pacific probably didnt think this through properly. And as what the other dude said, I wont be using my own money at this site, just the free 50 bucks. Unfortunately like SoyCD said, you have to wager $5K before you can withdraw. Totally ridiculous !!!

because of people like you many people think that poker is gambling... you have no self-discipline or respect for money that someone gives you (it doesn't come from the sky, it's given to you by pokerstrategy... just send the money to someone else who can make a use of it or give it into chairity or something...

You lost me mate! There was no bonus code any where to enter. I think the staff at 888 are taking some illegal shit that is messing up with their heads. Do you think pokerstrategy can tell us how many people out of the people that registered actually received a starting capital.
I think the number will be quite alarming. PS do you mind for curiosity sake, telling us the answer to my question

This is the biggest scam ever, waste of 10 min of my life. I pressed the link 2-3 times just to make sure i saw the affilate adress , never downloaded the software(2 weak old comp) and theY tell me i dident use the link. Must be a lot of stupid people here, or just a broken link?

It's not ridiculous. All PS.com free bonuses have certain conditions to clear bonuses. The poker site's plan is to gain as much money ass possible by you directly, by your friends you told them about that or by extra offer they have. PS.com also has to have some profit which is imho a small price for the immense support they offer.
You know the popular bussines saying - there is no free lunch? Well, I think this is a very cheap one.
P.s. 5.000$ isn't as much as it sounds. 1.5 months of grinding on 0.25/0.50 FL. And you could probably do it much faster if you're a good NL player...
