It is fine to use PT/HM whilst playing GGPoker and other sites. This is a relatively new change of stance from the company.

Although GGPoker actively upholds a blanket ban on third party software, utilizing these software for another poker room while the GGPoker’s app is running is not considered a contravention of the HUD ban, and will not result in an account suspension.

I just got told that another potential grinder leaves GG because of intransparent rake structures and also missing HHs. I can confirm the missing HH problem: yesterday I 5tabled PLO50 for 6 hours but didnt collect 600 hands...

Yes, you guys show up some great tables with rake percentage but in a concrete Hhand history one can not see what actual amount has been taken from a pot as rake.
The EV graph tool shows winnings pre rake and so one will never be able to say if there really was i. E. 3% rake taken in PLO, we have to believe it.
If I can not see concrete numbers what I have paid in terms of rake, how can I be sure you guys are really taking those officially published rake numbers??
Id like to know not how much % i payed but how much usd or bb in a month or over a samplesize

i will ask them but still this shold not be asked by mail (possibly without reply) but instead show up as seperate pot (also in HH) as on all other pokersites worldwide. you guys are the only intransparent ones at least from what i know

I made a deposit yesterday and started multitabling. I was playing simoulatiously on 3 sites, and a mega annoying problem occured. After some minutes, the "bring table to front" feature stopped working and I was there with 4-6 mtts where i was sat out all the time. I cannot see all of my tables continously. Is there a specific setting in the client, which I have to turn on, or is it a bug? If so, I will have to cash out my roll, because with this issue, I am burning my money..
So, whats lately the matter with the GG poker client? The corona Virus infected also the gg software???
Over and over tecnical problems. Getting kicked of the tables several times, can't login, everything freezes...

when it comes to PLO there is an increase in players, therefore I assume technical problems can also increase, just my 2 cents
I think that several rooms are near to collapse due to the huge increase in player traffic.
PokerStars currently has nearly 175K players.
This may be quite a problem if their tech staff has to work from home.
