Thanks Vorpal, of course I tried this those days, several times. Didn't work out with live chat, tecnical problems... of course.
And by email - could do it and wait couple of days, of course.
But would it hurt GG so much just to post a small info on their page "dudes, we're expecting this and that,, thats why" - instead of just shutting up????

I've gotten info on the above - this is in fact something which the team are working to fix right now.

Firstly, you can bet pot size, it's just not preset. See here -

Secondly, we're gonna change things so that when there is a limper, it wont be considered an opening bet and you would be able to have 100% as preset.

hey casey, remember this cashgame quick button change for cashgames? you fixed it meantime but I have found one more spot where things dont behave like expected: played some plo HU and when opponent is straddling I can just openraise 5bb by button. please make this 100% pot also. ty

HI YeaahBunny,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"

In that ticket tell them your GG account name, when you joined and how you joined.
Did you join using a PokerStrategy.com link, or did you join in another way -- let them know.

If your account can be linked is is PokerStrategy.com customer service that can do it, not GGPoker.

Also, since this is a weekend, it may take longer than usual to receive a reply.

Go to the list of PokerStrategy.com partners: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/partners/
If GGPoker is on that list then click the "Play Now" button, then follow the instructions exactly.

Note that I can only see the page in English -- if your computer uses a different language, it may be different.

finally GG made some steps in the right direction by lowering the rake in R&C. hats off bois!
but still annoying things to change ASAP!!

while playing R&C there's no option to fold&wach
though randomly it stays at the table after folding. (my educated guess: when folding in STP, and some spots when the pot is quite big)

the other even bigger problem is the note taking system. while the note window is open we can not interact with the table. this MUST be changed!
and one more problem with the notes: when hovering the mouse over the "N" (note) icon each note showing up in multiple lines. so confusing to see when the 2nd, 3rd note starts. i suggest way longer lines (more characters in a row) to albe to separate the individual notes.

i hope u make these changes soon.

PS: i can not find how to download HHs but i am sure it is (was) possible. did u changed it back to no downloadable HHs?

GG network getting worse with every update: now it doesnt disconnect but just times out and removes me from tables. also randomly sitout kicks in. its a pitty to waste so much potential...

but hey, at least we have negreanu smilies and new sounds

e: now I get a popup that the connection is poor. can continue to play but when i click the popup ok button software closes LOL

Hi! Can you answer questions about all GG pokers clients? If so it says on gg poker homepage this: Our Poker client is compliant with the below regulated markets. And among them Sweden is listed. What i know we in Sweden still cant play on any of GG pokers clients? The 1 January 2019 we got a regulated market and GG poker and Natural8 left Sweden. I know that BestPoker where aplying and was given a Swedish license but havent provided anything yet? On there homepage it says that they where in 2-3 month after they where given the licence (1 January 2019) where going to start operate but nothing has happend?
Can you please if you can find out what is happening because i really miss playing on the GG poker network:f_cry:

JESUS, so many bugs lately that kick you out of the game. And when you are multitabling and finally after some time got your optimal set up - you have to start all over again! WHYYYY???

Im saying goodbye to GG network today. I had a straddler on my table who preflop straddled 8bb preflop. I raise to 30bb preflop, get called by 2 players, flop a 2pair, timout/lag on this table for like 1-2 seconds and boom im off the table. as much as i like the player pool this is absolutely not acceptable. also there is no transparent rake so you guys force me to quit this

LMK when they have disconnect protection and rake shown on the tables

Sorry to hear about these issues. The best advice I can give you is please email our helpdesk help@ggpoker.com and list your IP, machine spec, ISP, and exact time of the issue. All of these are really important. Once these have been sent to us, we can forward them onto the tech guys to see what might be the problem.
