Assuming you plan to keep $400 in reserve for 10NL if your shot at 25nl fails, I was wondering would it be better to play 40bb MSS at 25NL giving you 13 buy ins instead of 5?

sound intreresting but i try to keep my BR how is it right now and not loose it all ...when i will be at 300 then i will change the limits....now i still have like 9 BI for 25NL so i try to keep that!
Have you successfully used the Mid Stack Strategy?
When most poker rooms raised the minimum buy-in so short-stack strategy no longer worked I tried the MSS
I failed horribly.
I'd be interested in hearing from someone who used it successfully -- especially if they're still using it.

NO im not using it...i join allways 100bb ...and i like to play allso deepstack if possible!!!
i played today aprox 2000 hands i made like 80 dolars even so i had 3 or 4 settups where i cant fold

The best place to post them is in Hand discussions for No Limit (assuming you're playing NLHE cash)
When you post the hand, go over your thought processes up to the point where you have the question.
Don't include your decision or the results in the first post since it affects the way people think about your hand.

hi guys i saw that i got 5BP points (need 95 more)for upgrading to my silver status...how i got those points and how i can get more?
i played allso like 1400 hands but no winings no losses...i will start a session soon and i will post the results later in the evening...please give me some feedback about what to post and what to write here...it will be much apreciate!!! thank you all!!

Did you mean Strategy Points?
Do you play at a tracked site?
If you don't play at any tracked poker sites, you could open an account at a tracked site and play there until you have 100 Strategy Points.
You could also purchase points: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/buy-points/
This is rarely necessary to get Silver Status though -- just normal play on a tracked site should give you silver.

I dont play for a tracking site and I did not bought any points...I just find out I have 5 BP and I dont know from where...

OK I was wrong, but I do have an answer.
When you create a thread in a Hand Discussion forum you get 5 bonus points.
They need to be proper hand discussion threads though, of course.
You go the 5BP when you created https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3109297#post3109297
I notice that just the raw hand history was posted.
It is most helpful for other members if you use a "hand converter" to format the hand when you post it.
This one should work for most hand histories:

Hi guys me again....still new here try to read other ppl posts and to lear how to use the forum correctly...i did post a hand for review...i still dont know how to delete a post i made...so i just update the first hand with another hand i played today...hope that people are comenting on my posts and give me ideas how to improve not only the Forum posts but also the GAME OF POKER:D

You cannot actually delete a post.
If you need one deleted, there is a tiny grey circle icon at the very right-hand side of the post (on the same line as your name).
When you hover the mouse over it, you see "report post to a moderator"
When you click it, you can enter a reason - something like "Please delete my post, I made a mistake"
The mods will get notified, and one of us will usually delete the post.
Hi guys...im back after a long break ...I had to withdraw my BR because of this Corona situation...I did deposit 120 euro on my account on pokerstars so I try to continue my journey from there...my current BR is now 186 dolars...I will put some graphs later on ...btw I'm plaing the 300 hands challenge...nothing yet won but today I'm on top 100 leaderboard at 5nl and 10nl...maybe I can win a share...will help hrow my BR I will try allso at 25nl for 300 hands maybe I get allso in top 100...
