Cows play poker with cow chips

UTG raises to $0.2, Hero raises to $0.6, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.4

Flop: ($1.35) (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.35) (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.67, UTG raises to $1.64, Hero calls $0.97

River: ($4.63) (2 players)
UTG bets $3.47,

Flop is non standard as wanted to slow play the ace.
Turn I think we can still call

Not sure this is a board to slow play on. You have only top pair. Off course you block the nut flush draw, but in a 3bet pot I would Cbet most of the time. River is tricky, but tough to fold with the A♣: blocker and you beat all 2 pair combo's. Without reads I would make a call.

Agree with SDK but as played i think calling should be ok with the nfd blocker.

Flop is mostly a small cbet, with the check being a low frequency play. AK is the strongest TP you have.
Turn is weird. Flushes shouldn't be check/raising here simply because you are forced to bluff so much OTT and OTR that it will only fold you out. K is a great card for you to barrel.
It's a call OTR blocking the nuts and you have two 2 pair. You also block AA and KK which I don't think he calls pre, but there are some regs that do that playing in EP.
