The villain is 53/9/af4.0 33 hands

I do have overbet in my arsenal which consists of strong and merged range.

I think I need to add semi-bluff and pure-bluff range into the mix as well.

PokerStars - $0.16 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

MP: 128.13 BB
Hero (CO): 113.25 BB
BTN: 96.25 BB
SB: 83.88 BB
BB: 209.06 BB
UTG: 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T♣ J♠

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, fold

Flop: (7 BB, 2 players) 3♠ 5♦ 8♠
SB checks, Hero bets 3 BB, SB calls 3 BB

Turn: (13 BB, 2 players) 9♦
SB checks, Hero bets 17.69 BB, fold

Hero wins 12.44 BB

Thoughts?

Don't see anything wrong it with, except that low board is pretty bad for your range, so you could check there, turn you pick up some equity, so the turn bet is pretty standard.

Against a fish I don't see a point in over bet bluffing if he doesn't like to fold. I would normal take a normal sizing with in mind a fish doesn't understand ranges in the first place.
