What helps me is beer, comedy network, and watching people on high limit lose 20k..

Yeah me too lol.. But it sucks sometimes when your losing 
I was on tilt for about 15 minutes today.. I quickly stopped playing. Now I feel like playing again, but will rail high limit and wait for tomorrow.
Hi vasco,i suggest u to go and read the psycology articles and try to work on this tilt issue.U said u were on tilt for 15 mins,try playing a 2hour-6tabled session where almost all ur hands end up losing,what then?will u destroy ur pc?
No offense mate,just work on this issue,its one of the most important imo

tempting sometimes.... but it's just more +EV to keep playing A-game or stop playing :P.

I have read some of those articles, they do help a little bit. But I dont agree with it telling me "there are no downswings, only poorly played hands". Yes sure sometimes its my fault, but sometimes its a bad beat as well.
Today in a micro game I limped in UTG3 with A-Q. Mid positions folded, CO limped, Bu foled, sb called, BB checks. flop Q-3-3. Dont have to tell the rest, but if I raised pre flop I could of pushed out the 3's.

Yeah it was my example how bad play can lose you the hand.
That was to show the difference from a bad beat and a bad play.
My A-Q was terrible but it was only a .40 cent lesson.
The best thing is to stop playing completely. I just witnessed some guy lose a $70 stack in three hands after tilting at Plo25. He lost 30 of it to me so I don't feel bad for him, but the lesson is just stop and do something else.
Do you have a girlfriend you can see? Maybe hobbies like kite flying or something?
