NL16 TT 3-bet pot as defender

I would consider to make a thin value bet on turn, but the rest seems fine.
Folding a 3bet seems tigh against a LAG.

Once he checks behind this flop i expect him to have some showdown like 88/KK and weak suited Aces.

I would try to reach to showdown without investing anything and would fold to any bets by the villian on any street.
