I think that with this deepish bluff frequency is very little.

Prolly he has A2s...

Well played, my 2 cents

It's always tricky to play that deep I think. It's interesting to know if you had stats on him, but 5 bet with the intention to get it in is variance heavy and decent change you face AA.
Post-flop seems fine. His line on turn is confusing. There shouldn't be any 2x hands in his range after his 4bet pre-flop. I wouldn most likely play the hand the same and sometimes a 5bet pre, but that depends per villain.

Cheers,

This is why I only play 100bb deep. When my stack grew into 150bb I just sat out and rebuy again at 100bb.

I will 5-bet with my KK and ready to rock and roll. I will only lose to AA if it happens to be we have to be man enough to face it.

As played because we don't have the initiative, I will also take my KK into showdown as cheap as possible but we are not permitted.

The question is what is your stackoff pre range here, AA only ? You kill your hand's power with calling oop CO v SB. 2nd best hand. I 5bet and go broke pre. You didn't give any info about him, so let's say he is unknown. When you call and see dry low board wil you stackoff with nut ovepair in 4b/5b pot ? Still he can have AA. Waiting for a set ? If you don't like it, don't play that deep :)

I don't stack off AA preflop as wel. Hard to play sometimes? Hoping for a medium sized pot and if the pot grows too big without top set I don't go broke? Its akward to play this deep but it was just fun. And that's part of this ante game as well.:f_thumbsup:

I doubt that going broke 700bb with KK is a good idea!?

If it's pre-flop 700bb. NL2 KK count me in. It's not ideal but I will take it.

"Not adjusting correctly for stack depth will get you into what you may believe to be simple coolers. For some, it's always a cooler if they get it in preflop with //kk and AA, but, with sufficient deep stacks, this is no longer a cooler but bad play"

I don't like to burst your bubbles but you are thinking too much for NL2.

If you are going to play passively with your KK, you are always getting bluff by QQ or even AK because you are way too nit to get it in while your opponent is just thinking about their own cards and you are too concern about "Oh no, what if he have AA im doomed, there you go you lose 170bb without a fight.

You have the 2nd best hand. This is poker, sometimes we have to gamble.

yeah stack off 667.5 BB no problem lol

i don't mind how hero played at all. these overpairs are some of the most annoying hands to play at this stack depth :f_biggrin:
i'd rather call this 4bet with 54s. food for thought
