I would defenitely ship it preflop, If you call you will be OOP and you price in BB then it's going to get tought to get value out of the Cbet if the flop gets multiway.

Another reason to shove is that you get a call pretty often since his utg+2 range should be strong and there is a decent part of his range that can't fold to a reraise.

On the flop I don't like the overbet shove since the board is kind of dry , only KT beats you (not likely to be raised from early), KK and TT are way ahead so you don't have to protect that much against AK AQ JJ QQ AJ KQ to overbet like that. I would donk half pot unless utg+2 is agressive or a tight preflop raiser (if he is tight preflop then calling doesn't make any sence anyway) then I'd stick to my plan of check-pushing.

Calling just gives BB way too good odds to call also so you are guaranteed to be playing a multiway pot which imo is not what you want with AA.

out of position i would reraise all in preflop.
he is a pretty bigstack so he is more likely to call your all in then avarage.
but to slowplay here is not hopeless because the BB isnt such a threat with his tiny stack. so calling here to induce a squeeze play is a good idea too.
but when you decide to slowplay, wtf is going threw your mind with overbetting the pot into two opponents ??? ♦
the board is not so dangerous so go with your plan and check the hand. you have the best hand right now and if nobody has a king, your overbet wont make you much, but a check might induce a bluff / contibet.

so as played, check it. and if you really want to bet, make it smaller like 3.500. your overbet makes no sence.
