Shove pre after 3 bet.
As played still call IMO flop as he only shoves 19 BB, therefore you need to win (19 / (28 + 28 + 19 + 19 + 7) 
18% of the times.
Versus LAG with small stack (I consider fish) you will see enough other hands than only an ace.

Good point.
Also, lags can do this with straight or flush draws -- you may already have the best hand, although I have limited experience at NL 50
