Fold pre is ok here i think. Flop is fold aswell ,when its paired board i dont like the call. Turn is a disaster. River check fold

You pretty much nailed it yourself. No need to defend against a UTG+1 raise in the BB with 76o.

Don't mind preflop call. Flop I would either fold or x-r. River is fine to bluff though I would bet bit bigger.
yes fine to call pre, raise his c-bet flop, do it bigger so he wouldn't float you.
