I am not sure if i played the hand right. Expected villain to bet flop, which he did not do. So now i am trying to get my money in the pot asap - i bet pot OTT. The River ist so ugly since AK and KK are well in villains range. But I expect AK to bet the flop and KK to fold to a potsize bet OTT. What do i Do?

I think betting 100% pot turn while keeping a 16% PSB river is far, far worse than shoving 150% pot turn. Checking, betting small, or shoving are all better options than betting 100% (imo). If you bet small, you could even get a call from KK, and you could still shove on a blank river to value AK. AK may not bet the flop all the time, after all the Q is the worst card for him to see because it hits your capped range very hard (you are more likely to have AQ/QQ than AK/KK).

Edit: And I think shove > x/c river, you win more vs the hands that you beat by betting instead of checking, not sure anyone would bluff the Ax that they used to cold 4b light with the blocker to be balanced with the times they'll shove straights. As played, the question is more between shove and x/f

Against some villains a pre-flop shove could be a good idea as well. I expect on 6 max they aren't 4betting only QQ+ and AK. As played I would just bet turn around half pot and shove the river.
