Question: At NL 50, would players holding KK here slowplay by checking back OTF?

interesting one, our value range is exclusively Tx.

from an exploitation perspective, we should ask if this villain would level against our raise ("this flop is good for me, Tx wouldn't raise too often, he has too many draws that can raise here").
villain probably has the advantage on this flop, especially if he plays a 3bet-or-fold strategy, which would mean that besides KK/TT he can also have all the suited Tx himself. those are about the best turn and river you can get, i think i'd also just call down and check/jam the river, let him bet his AK+/bluffs and if we hit the KT+ part of the range, it is what it is.
