Any info on villains would be nice, but most of the time I would just check to the aggressor on the flop. Don't forget you have only top pair in a 3bet pot multi way. As played you can't do much else than folding. I expect villain has to often over pairs or even sets in his/her range to think of stacking off and the BB has most likely a better hand as well. It's lucky you hit trips on the turn, but that's resultoriented thinking.

Should not really donk bet. Well I suppose hero has most often sets in his range but that is obviously pretty rare anyway. So we dont really want to start semibluffing 65 here as we weaken check range. Especially if we donk bet sets to balance our donk bet range.
Flop call to raise... Well on preflop pot is 4,6. Then on flop its going to be 7,76 more for pot of 38,23 which requires 20,3% equity. Range wise BB likely has some decently good pocket pair like 99-QQ that doesnt want to 4bet pre but not fold either. Well much more likely than sets anyway if we dont have really fishy reads. BU could probably have some of sets but big pocket more likely.
Well if we throw some ranges into propokertools:
We would have enough equity to stack off basically. Now with rake and such maybe bit -EV but in pure cEV it would be fine. Its just that after calling flop we only have 8$ to invest into likely 60$ pot so only need 13% equity so we just have to stack off on most turns. Maybe close on some 2d.
So I would not say that flop call is horrendous but donk bet likely is. If flop was bit different like some 975 we could more feasibly to represent stuff like two pair etc. and having donk range would make more sense. Then having hand like 98s could make sense to donk bet imo.

No, the OR is fine, the overcall is also fine - in fact folding is a mistake.
Regarding the donkbet: Obviously it depends on hero's strategy. Given the advantages of hero's preflop range over the other players on this flop, there are reasonal ranges that can be constructed for donkbetting in this 3way situation. Maybe not perfect, but very viable at low stakes.
