PokerStars, Hold'em No Limit - $0.02/$0.05 - 6 players

Too weak (turn play and river fold)?

UTG (Hero): $10.90 (218 bb)
MP: $8.52 (170 bb)
CO: $4.93 (99 bb)
BU: $6.67 (133 bb)
SB: $5.00 (100 bb)
BB: $4.56 (91 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG with K A
Hero raises to $0.15, 1 fold, CO calls $0.15, 2 players fold, BB calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.47) A 8 Q (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.30, CO calls $0.30, BB folds

Turn: ($1.07) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.35, Hero calls $0.35

River: ($1.77) J (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.20, UTG (Hero) folds

Total pot: $1.77 (Rake: $0.07)
CO wins $1.70

I prefer the aggressive line, rather than the passive -- unless CO is overly aggro, then the passive line works -- but if that is the case, call the river.
If CO is normally passive, then the fold makes more sense...

My standard line would be bet, bet, bet against a unknown with top pair top kicker and consider folding if villain raised on you.
As played river is kinda nasty against a unknown as played. You beat basicly only a bluff or villain could over play hands like AT.

I guess most of time here big river bet at least two pair or better. K10 have straight, AJ, AQ or slow played sets beats your tp tk. So i think here the fold is not bad. Maybe he try bluff with basted flush draw? But most of time i think this is value bet or overplayed Ax. If i know villain is weak player i call.

you could 2barrel and check river (call vs small bet cos he could be valuebetting AJ AT).

The J on the River is the worse possible runout - It mostly helps AJ and sometimes KTs. So definitely a good River Fold

What do you do if you cbet the turn and 1. villain min raise the turn? 2. And if villain raise push all in the turn?
1. If you call the turn and river villain bet half pot or about 2/3 or 3/4 bet? Call or fold?

If villain min raised the turn you get nice odds to see the river, but on a normal raise size or shove I would fold against a unknown on NL2.

You have got initiative so bet turn and bet/fold river
As mentioned before you are behind vs a value raise...

SDK1987 good odds but if villain have sets your hand already lost. But ok, you call the turn the min raise after you cbeted the turn. And river he bet again you fold? If villain only bet half pot?
