There is a stat called "River Call Efficiency" that you can use to evaluate your river calls.
I know it's available in PokerTracker 4, and I presume it is in Hold'em Manager as well.
The definition
Ratio of the total amount won on the river to the total amount called on the river. Money that is taken out of the pot as rake is not counted as money won.Formula: Amount of Game Currency Called on the River and Won / Amount of Game Currency Called on the River
Note that this stat says absolutely nothing about your bets on the river, or your check-raises. Only when you make a call on the river does this stat update.
I don't know if it includes hands where you bet, then call a raise

thanks for the info, not using any HUD as of the moment
the problem most of the time is i'm the one who is betting on the river w top pair most of the time and it's not good

How long do your sessions last?
If you tend to get an early lead then lose it, maybe shorten them up.
I play on 888poker too but only 0,01-0,02 and have 115$ and move to philippines so fast the open the country
I live in western Canada, and know a lot of people that moved here from the Philippines.
I can't imagine why they would move from a nice warm climate to a cold, wet one, but they did.
I play mostly PLO8 on 888 when I play cash games.

very wet just like few days ago terrible, super typhoon flood all over the place and no electricity
but still nice place to retire in, very cheap, I'm sure that's the main reason
