I have similar problem, as logging into community requires response from .com domain, which seems blocked. Would it be possible to make the logging domain country depended, similar to software? (Actually it is so, to some extent as different Unibet landing pages display depending from where you log in)

I use free in-browser vpn to log into community and then turn it off. As long as the "cookie" is valid I stay logged in.

Did they unblock your account? Mine was blocked as well, I guess because of the regulations (USD account). They asked me to send a screenshot of my Skrill verification which I did 5 days ago. Haven't heard back since.

in the TOS it says the formula is ''1.5*SQRT(n)/SQRT(k)*b''
this isn't a clearly/correctly formulated mathematical statement: is it (1.5*SQRT(n)/SQRT(k) )*b or is it 1.5*SQRT(n)/(SQRT(k)*b) ? one would mean higher buyin gives more points, the other less points... i assume higher buyin should give more points? i hope they have the correct version in their program...?!
@UnibetAndy can you please tell me why a simple check of my Skrill verification takes more then 3 weeks and not in Unibets words "a few minutes and in peak times 48 hours"? I don't have access to the site let alone my funds since November 18th.

The short answer is that I cannot. Payments and account verification are neither of the departments I work in. If it's in relation to a 3rd party payment processor than it may not be Unibet holding up the process of checking the verification. If you can provide me with a table alias I can check to see if there are any notes on your account that might indicate why it's taking so long. You can also go to the Help Centre on the Unibet site and access the Live Chat without needing to log into your account first and they should be able to give you more information.

Did this a couple of times already and the short answer is always that it takes longer because they are busy. I am just confused how something that takes only a few minutes at best takes so long without telling me what the holdup is or how I can send additional verification (bank, address etc.) to help speeding up the process.
One table alias was "TUFFSEN" I think, it's been a while since I was able to play...

If you click on the present icon at the bottom right of the client it'll open the promotions page. The hand flipping a coin icon is for the Santa Flips.
After 2 or 3 months I've been busy and occasionally playing on other sites, but today I downloaded the poker client and this surprise was waiting me
I talked to live chat support, and they said that my account is blocked, but they can't say the motive to me.
Why is this secret. Is this normal ? I want to know if I did something wrong.
Additional information: my wife also has an account at this site, but I play only PLO and hexapro, she was playing hexapro and mtt. She also got her account blocked 2 or 3 weeks ago for additional verification.
