Anyway, I did not yet receive any strategy points after playing 4 days in a row, which was never the case before.

I have a request whether it would be possible to link my poker account with you to the affilate site pokerstrategy, com ...? Because the thing is that I have an account with you probably over 10 years and it was not created by any affilate, and on pokerstrategy.com I have the same account for 10 years and the pokerstrategy support tells me that it is possible to connect an account, but I would have to completely not play with you for six months ... and one more question, are you considering introducing the much better online wallet deposit / withdrawal method? because it would make quick deposits and withdrawals with low commission much easier, and almost all pokeroomy, bookmakers, casinos, etc. have this internet wallet a long time ago, but not you ... If you introduced it, you would gain a lot of players.

Your request is already in the hands of Customer Support/Affiliate team

Payment options are site wide so we have little say on what happens with that but I can ask around and see if it's being considered as an option in future.

The exact same thing applies for me, and also heard that I should stop playing for 6 months in order to link my account.
However this seems really strange as I am currently raking more than 1000 a months, so that would be a loss for all parties.
Any possibilies here?

Generally it's unfair. From what I can see, I can poke 3-4k euro rake on you
for one month.

Guys you are missing an important thing!!! To be linked to an affiliate it costs money to pokersites.
So trying to convince them it is better for them to link your account wont work.

Meanwhile if you do not play for 6 months (some sites needs 1 year) then your account is treated as an inactive account. So it is better for them when affiliates can convince ppl to come back and play on their site. Thats why they willing to link accounts and pay some % to affils

The 10k rake race remains the 10k rake race, no additional costst there.

When a PokerStrategy.com member plays on an affiliated poker site, they accumulate Strategy Points.
Those points represent a portion of the rake paid by the member to the poker room and then returned to PokerStrategy.com.
This is good for the poker room, because PokerStrategy.com promotes the room to the membership in the form of promos, status upgrades and other benefits.

This is all very clearly explained by following the "Business Model" link at the bottom of every page on this site.

Hi Andy! I have a problem with account verification ! I sent the following documents a driver's license (which was accepted ) and a gas bill , but for some reason they require me to confirm my place of residence some other document? Since when has a utility bill stopped being proof of residence?

I'm not a KYC expert but these would be my first thoughts..

Was the bill from within the last three months? - If not, they'll want something more recent
Does the name match your Drivers Licence? - If not, they'll probably want something that matches
Is a photo of a paper copy, a pdf or a screengrab of a online bill? - If it's a photo, make sure the whole page is crealy visible, the pdf should be fine because they'll be able to check if it's been edited and I think they'd reject a screengrab because of how easy to edit it would be.

Ultimately, there won't be anything I can do to push your documents through or process the account verification. You'll need to go through CS.

yeah that i know....i was wondering how many peeps collect points for race...
