We have one -- they're not really vacuum cleaners -- at least ours isn't.

Every time I play at Stars and use the cashout in the stream, I get multiple questions why do I do it. Was fun to explain it in the beginning, but now it's just exhausting. Will make a video about it to Youtube later today to explain it once and for all.

I c-raised flop, he slowplayed nuts+redraw and called. Turn he check-calls and donks river. If he would have had 8865 it would have been pretty sick.
If he had re-raised flop and money went in, it would have been 51/49 for me. So the best hand won.
Back to normal setups, down 14 buyins with cashout. Getting horribly dominated in 3bet/4bet/5bet pots.
Things like having 66 on 644 flop in 3bet pot, opponent bets small, I raise and he calls. Turn is J, completing flush. I bet half a pot, he calls, river is 9 and rest goes in. He had AAJJ. Then I made huge 4bet with AAAx, opponent, flop was 752 and opponent had A322. Solid hand to call preflop. Few times opponent calls my cbet in 3bet pot with dry overpair, and cracks my AA on the turn with 2 outer. Same old, same old.
As said in the stream, you know you are running bad when you lost a lot with cashout.
What to do in a downswing, when confidence starts to crackle? Study more, of course! I have been slightly slacking in that area lately. Time to make a run for the remaining of 2020!
I will mark all troublesome spots in a session, and check them at Vision and/or PokerJuice. Less playing, more time in class room. And studying alone is boring, so I will most likely fire up a stream while doing those too.
Thought about streaming some hand analyzing at morning/afternoon, but decided to skip it. Going to watch NFL during the night, and speeling late. And then from afternoon my friday/weekend is quite full.
Played a late evening session. Insane run, once again. First I have 99 on 966 flop, 100bb deep, money goes in on the river. Opponent had 66. Then 150bb deep, I have again 99 on 966 flop. Deja-vu?
Opponent check-raises, I just call, turn is J and money goes in. He had JJ6. Started to hate 99 on 966 at that moment.
A bit later A8 on A88 flop, I raise, opponent calls and money goes in on 9 turn. He had 998.
And then of course in 3bet pot I have AA9, flop is T99 and opponent has T9.
Wasn't all just bad beats, despite of all of above the session ended -50bb in losses only. But it seems impossible to have a winning session. There are always those few hands that are rare bad beats and eat my bankroll. Like the hands in today's stream, Having AA64 on 664 flop, opponent makes a small raise and I call, turn is 4 and opponent barrels. Decided to call, river is 8 and I call his bet. Had 8875.
Funny thing is, I don't even know what is the normal amount of those bad beats in a session anymore. Getting one feels like I've been hit with a huge hammer, and thinking "oh *****, here we go again...". But 3 outer will hit the turn 1/13 times. So to get one in a session isn't that weird. To get 2-3 in each session is a bit of a bad run. Mental game is a rough aspect, and I am swimming in some deep waters.
When you make profits, it doesn't really bother to have a beat every now and then, or a losing session. But as I have been demolished for the past 1-2 months, both in EV run and real run, it's getting harder and harder to trust that I am doing the right things at the table and it will turn at some point. There are times lately that I don't even want to play poker, as I don't want to lose money. But eventually the only way up from the hole is to play and get the variance to the other direction, and build confidence back up. Probably after this Stars bonus I will stick to PLO25 maximum for a while, or even lower. And just book some damn winning sessions.

I pretty much gave up on PLO because my first 1000 hands went like this, except for an upswing at the very beginning, which shows in yours as well.
Thanks to what I learned from you, I do fairly well at the PLO section of 8-Game, but to play it as a cash game I don't do so well.

Flop goes checked, turn he bets around half a pot. River he bets big. And we face a classical spot of player pool vs strategy.
I block hearts, and doesn't have any blocker to clubs. His bet is very polarizing to Qhh+. But the question is would he ever bet with missed clubs? Looking at this now, it's not a good spot to bluff with missed clubs, unless he has Ah/Qh blocker. Those he could turn into a bluff, if he doesn't have top2+. But still I think the player pool will not bluff there often enough, and I should be disciplined enough to just fold, even with small flush. Was in similar spot few times with 3rd nut flushes and when they pot the river, they just have the nut flush sooooooo often.
Have been playing some sessions at Party. Some ups, some downs, some coolers to one way, some coolers to the other way. Today I got a spot that I tanked:

Opponent is a reg, with a tendency to take it easy with medium strength hands (like middle set in 3way pot, checking turn after flop goes checked etc.). Haven't seen him overplaying hands or do anything stupid.
He is very likely to check back the flop, so I went for lead. He calls. Turn I pot, he calls. And then comes the river. At the moment, I was not prepared for 7s. Went for the check and folded when he bet 3/4.
Looking back now, his range on the flop is straight, sets and fd. Maybe some AKJ type of one-calls. But when I pot the turn, his range is JT, set+gutshot, fd+gutshot/2pairs. I think he might fold a bare set.
Problem for the river is that he has JT in his range. As my hand looks to be face up, not sure if he would valuebet J-high flush. The more I think, he would not bet J-high flush there, and I am not sure he would bet even the nutflush. So the only options for him are JT and boats. I am blocking both with one card so no help there. I am blocking flush draws, which he should have on the turn a lot of times if he has a set.
Now after some thinking, I am still not sure if I should call the river or not, if his range is JT/boat. Should put this to PokerJuice and see if it's as close as I think.

What a day. At Party, aggressive people just crushed me, and lost 8 buyins in sick beats. Versus one aggro, I had nutboat on the flop, he called my raise with dry overpair and hit 2 outer. 1 minute later, versus him, K77 flop goes checked and turn is Q, I have QQ. I call his turn and river bets, he had KK.
Versus another aggro who 3bets pretty much everything when he feels so, and stacks off pre with hands like A753ss, T764 etc. Got AKKx three times versus his 3bets, every time he had AA.
And here is one, he is playing for the leaderboard most days. Nice to play PLO, when you run like that...

He calls 3bet with that? He calls flop with that? Flop makes sense, if he floats me. But then he calls pot on the turn with 99? WTF? Well played sir.

Not sure if he ever thought about my range, but in 3bet pot I don't think that is a good call down without any blockers.

CO opens, I call and deep stacked reg from SB 3bets, we see the flop 3way. I hit top2+nfd, they check and I bet half a pot. Turn is a blank, and I pot.
Both of them call, and I am left with $5 behind, cursing that why can't CO jsut shove so I could realize my full equity.
River pairs the board and I can see in my eyes how SB wins it badly played AA or CO has KKJ+fd.
And when I see what SB 3bet when deep, I was out of words. Not all regs are playing perfect poker yet. Solid preflop 3betting hand.

Opponent 4bets, and I call. Flop is sick, and he bets really small 1/10 of a pot. Wanted to fold, but I think there is a chance he has just Axxx hand or a brainfart. Turn completes the flush and it goes check-check. River is K and I wondered what would I do when/if he bets. But he didn't, I check back and he had the quads. I can't find any strategical reason to check turn and river in his shoes. I get the flop minibet, but when I call I have either really weak hand (pocket pair) or the flush draw. Average player is not folding flush on the turn to half a pot bet so he definitely should shove AA there.

I see that JNandez is quite popular for PLO players.
If you can speak Polish then there is kinda outdated course "PLO Academy" from which you could get very basics like how SPR affects your play etc.
