Pre-flop - I am calling to set mine
Flop - just calling as I have the monster, don't want to scare them and there are not many cards that can hurt me
Turn - my idea was to raise here to be able to shove it on the river, but I guess I have scared also some combinations that would pay me off on the river (JJ, QQ, TPTK).

What do think about my Turn play?

Pre-flop standard. Against some villains a 3bet could be a option as well,
Flop fine and on turn I would or check/call or check/shove for value.
With a min raise you committing your self and it's a little bit suspicies, but on NL2 you could away with it.
