I wouldn't raise that much preflop unless you know he calls a lot of preflop raise or 3bet. Raise 3xbet is enough. I think betting the flop is ok after he checks... but I'm folding the turn.

why?
on the turn i have about 7-8 outs for flush, 2 tens 2 eights
total 11
it means 1:3.5
and i got 1:3
considering also the implied odds...

he actually slow-played a floped flush but how could i knew it?

I don't see how you can include the outs for a flush when you have only a T :spade:, because given the preflop action, he could easily have a higher FD. Also the 2 eights you mention are questionable too considering that he could easily have an overpair to have a higher FH. I don't see many worse hands, unless it's a complete bluff but against an unknown I wouldn't assume that, donking the turn after check calling the flop?

you can shove river, since yo´re likely ahead and he´d bet/call there with any pair
