NO! If u follow the basic guidelines u should raise to 6BB minimum! 2.5BB standard+3BB for the limpers + 0.5BB cause u are OOP!

As played I bet a bit less on the flop (200-240) and probably fold after the call and all in reraise. Calling is ok too because it is a very drawy board but I think u will be behind here very often or at best slightly ahead.

bet 180-210 preflop. I prefer 210 here.

As played, on the flop the bet is ok. Betting less will not protect you hand. After the mp3 call and the sb shove, you can either fold or call. If you have reads that those op are donks, call it. If its regular, easy fold. With no reads, i prefer to call here. Its very likely opponents are on a draw or TP, and will be ahead in most cases.

This. Postflop becomes incredibly hard now that it's 4-way and it's a pure guessing game. I would guess bet/shove is better than bet/fold.
