This was a hand I did not know what to do with.

Keep in mind: I have no stats on villain

preflop: I think my hand is too strong to fold in position so I call. I might sometimes 4bet here, but I prefer doing that with other type of hands.

flop: I call, because he doesn't only have Ax hands, and even if he does, he can't be too certain of his lower aces.
turn: If I had a FD I might have bet this spot, but since I haven't I've basically given up on the hand, unless I hit something on the river.

Don't know if this is a profitable play though...

It's bad you haven't any info on villain, but if you float the flop I would try to bluff the turn. Offcourse it's really tough to bluff against a unknown on NL2 and with this in mind I would most likely just give up the flop.

Cheers,

sorry, but usually bluffing w nut no pair is not a good idea. try to get to SD cheaply and you will win your fair share of pots.

that said, consider calling OTR some of the time.

No pair, no draw I don't see anything wrong with either
:diamond:  folding the flop
:diamond:  raising the flop, with the view to playing "one and done". You can get a lot of folds from people with pocket pairs what aren't AA

I prefer the fold.
This is the sort of hand that will eventually bury you.
