Boy was that a rough session. Towards the end it go better but before that nothing really worked out. I wish I had cashed out the big hand in the middle but I knew that guy was running twice and it looked so promising to at least win 50%. He sadly scooped the pot sigh. Tomorrow will be better I hope *fingers crossed*

Will try to follow blog. Easy fold preflop in that AK52 as that hand is pure trash. On river we have third nuts but I suppose it's setup.

Yea, I got a little carried away because the table was super soft. Oh well ..

Session is done. Tables weren't too good today but it was enough for a small profit. I feel like I ran really bad not regarding EV but villains always seem to have it today.

Got a few interesting hands where I appreciate other peoples opinions on. Will post them tomorrow.

Overall I'm happy to be up. Towards the end I had a few unfortunate spots but it's alright.

Rough session today. I misplayed one hand against a mega fish. I'm actually so embarrassed oh my .............

It's the PLO200 tables that kill my winnings recently. They're so soft though but I'm scared money sometimes which is a bad thing I guess. So I'll drop them for the next days. Or well, I'll try to do this.

Tomorrow will be better hopefully :f_thumbsup:

Btw.

Pray for me please. After todays session $240 would really be a blessing!

We got it :f_love::f_love::f_love:

That feels good. Especially after that big misplay. I'm usually really hard on myself when I fuck up a hand. The extra money definately makes it a little easier to move on and forget about it :f_pleased:

Wait, stars give monnies? That's impossible! xD
Sick result! As your blog is PLO/MTT do you play PLO MTTs or PLO8?

I've only played PLO cash so far this year. Because of the 4 table limit it will probably be cash only :/

Just finished my session. Was kind of marathon as I went for 8hrs straight. Thinking back 8hrs really is nothing. On Full Tilt I was grinding 12-14hrs every day. On deep runs even longer lmao.

I gotta tell you guys, poker is kind of killing me recently. I'm definately playing way over my comfort zone sigh. It's just I can't not do it. I know a table of PLO100/PLO200 with just one fish sitting there is so much more profitable than a random PLO50 table. Unfortunately PLO brings a shit ton of variance. I can handle to be on the bad side of things but not when it's due to the whales hitting their shit left and right :rage:

Guess I'll throw in todays graph right here

The result is not 100% accurate. I'm up like ~407$. I used the cashout function a few times as pots have gotten quite big. Towards the end I had a my biggest pot (which I lost and made me stop lol).

BB: $46 (23 bb)
MP: $265.87 (132.9 bb)
CO: $202.90 (101.5 bb)
BTN: $107 (53.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K♣: A♣: A♦: 7♦:
MP calls $2, CO raises to $9, BTN folds, Hero raises to $31, BB folds, MP calls $29, CO calls $22

Flop: ($95) T♠: J♣: T♣: (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks

Turn: ($95) 3♦: (3 players)
Hero bets $28, MP folds, CO calls $28

River: ($151) 3♣: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $143.90 and is all-in, Hero calls $143.90

Results:

Spoiler

$438.80 pot ($2.75 rake)
Final Board: T♠: J♣: T♣: 3♦: 3♣:
Hero showed K♣: A♣: A♦: 7♦: and lost (-$202.90 net)
CO showed J♠: K♦: K♥: 3♠: and won $436.05 ($233.15 net)

Oh man. I mean if I bet flop and get it on the turn I win the hand. I don't think it would be a good play. I'm honestly happy with how I played the hand. I don't think I can get away from it the way the board ran out. I'm just shocked by how the "reg" played the hand. The other villain was a big whale but I don't think it justifies his preflop call. Also the turn call just seems too thin. I mean was it with the intention to bluff river either way? Whatever it is I think he misplayed the hand.

Sometimes I'm so happy that Stars offers a cashout feature. This hand otherwise would have send me straight to jail haha.

Very happy to be up. Nonetheless I can only think about how much more it could have been. I literally donated one stack on PLO50 quite early in the session because I got so tilted by one dude. That was pretty sad. Kind of bluffed away another PLO50 stack. Oh well, I should not complain. $400 is a lot of money. I'm happy. Hopefully the weekend continues like that :)

I see a couple of spots on that graph where the EV line shoots up and the green line shoots down.
Man I hate that!

Haha yea it's whatever

I played a long session yesterday

Tables were super soft but I seriously had no chance. Everything was against me haha
Look at this PLO100 table

Guess why those whales were all deep and me just at 100bb?
Haha it was impossible to win lmao

Anyway, I'll quit again for another 6 weeks or so. I'm studying health economics and the first test is in 4 weeks. I spent a lot of time playing poker for the last 4 weeks but now it's time to get ready for the upcoming tests. I can't promise to be back after they're done. Highly depends on motivation and especially if I need some extra money haha.

So good luck at the tables everyone!
