Villain is very aggro but seems to have controlled aggression so not pure maniac by any means. Tend to call wide though. In one hand versus other villain he called down 8 high flush versus 3/4, pot, pot line on monotone flop.

Here I open and BB 3bet. Flop full house and decided this time to go for raise. Not blocking much draws either so there is at least some chance he continue with some wrap+fd type stuff. Though I think mainly its Qxxx.

Went for half pot on turn with same idea that I might potentially keep some draws in. Though again this might be too optimistic. Should I go bigger and make trips pay more?

I was kind of hesitant whatever I can shove river or not. I think runout is still decent as its more likely villain having Q with higher cards than these smallish ones. But at same time I was bit scared money feelings. As default versus unknown I might just check but had seen some loose calling by this guy so went for it. So would you view this as standard?

I said somewhere else recently that the bottom full house is the toughest hand for me to play.
In this case even tougher because QQxx is a very real possibility.

Would he call with trip Qs bare or a straight?
Would he try to trap with the nuts?

I was assuming he is capable of calling some trips when most draws bust. Though I would never try to bluff here for triple barrel in reality. Sure villain should slowplay QQxx always when I raise as its either 88 or bluff at that point. Q8 would have more incentive to play quick perhaps. But no specific read about that.

I had been playing fairly passive overall postflop but thought this is decent spot as Qx will give action anyway and maybe he doesnt believe me. Had bluffed couple times but had not been caught.

Hmm, not easy this one.
On one hand, you get maximum value vs bare queens now with c/r and betting.
But probably I would play more conservative and check/call flop, check/call turn and river. And lead river if he checks turn.
This way you will not stack off versus better, and keep bluffs in.
On the other hand you might miss value versus only a queen.

As played, I probably ship river, as the most logical FH's (AQ/KQ/QJ/Q10) didn't get there.
But maybe check/fold is also possible.... I don't think he will have any draws that call twice, which leaves a single Q or a FH.
I expect trips Q to check back, and only a FH to bet river.
I think check/call would be the worst option.

We are in position in HU.

Yeah just calling would have its own merit.

Vs this particular opponent and especially in HU I think you played this one well. And I would ship river for value. If he happens to catch FH there's nothing you can do, you miss too much value against a player that calls way too wide by checking this.

Against normal "reasonable" opponent I dont think I would raise flop and 3 barrel all-in 200bb deep with underfull. They will show up with better when they call all-in too often I think. Unless you've very aggressive dymanic in those HUs as well.
