I seriously dont know what to do with these guys, most of the time they check/all in on flop or turn if they hit something.
Ranges vary from 53o to AA, most of the time I have no clue where I am standing against them.
They like to call and go all in :f_biggrin:
Stats are unknown, but quite often I come into situation where short or mid stack raises and I am not sure if I should 3-bet or call.
OK, or fold too Sometimes I fold.

Preflop call is your default line here?

I think you can raise this pre-flop and try to get it heads up, on the flop your betting too large. I think you can bet like 1/2 to 2/3 pot, any larger and villains are folding most of their ranges, forcing them to play well against you

I would most likely 3bet to like 9bb and if you face a all-in you can still fold.

Cbet sizing of 7bb is big enough I think.

I would think 3bet-call versus 40bb stack would be super standard? But yeah smaller cbet would make sense though I would not mind to use like 8-10bb for some extra protection as TT is fairly vulnerable.

I dont have a standard line here, if I had position on other two players, would probably 3bet.
Do I gain extra value by 3betting vs short stack?
I dont understand that part.

I could raise pre-flop or call for set value vs full stack, not sure what I gain here by 3betting pre-flop... Making him fold weak hand? That would be nice actually.
Flop was pot size bet because I wanted to end it quickly, didnt want to get into situation to make hard choices on the turn. It was either they fold or they raise and I fold :f_cool:

Didnt want to 3-bet because of my position. It can get ugly when you are caught into crossfire on NL2
From button, yes.
High bet on the flop because of protection, yes....and probably should make it smaller for a bit. I agree that TT is quite vulnerable, especially in a multiway pot. Wanted to end it quickly vs unknown. Board wasnt extremely dangerous, but you never know with these guys

Thanks for comments everyone!

Yeah TT 3bet pre is obviously for value. If villain fold that is nice rake free pot down, good amount of weaker can call and most likely that shallow we can profitably call shove.

Your opponent has a broken stack of 50bb, we can 3-bet for value, and I think stack off if he wants to because when players have broken stacks they are typically recreational or non-serious players and may stack off with a wide range which your ahead of alot of the time. TT is not just a setmining hand its stronger than some of the weaker PP because it can be an overpair on the flop more often than lets say 66. With a hand as good as TT I wouldnt really want to call and let more people call/see a flop multiway because then our hand is more suseptable to not being the best postflop

I think these 3 lines are important.

A few things:
1) I assume you are betting AA here and maybe calling 22 here? So think about where TT fits in and why...

2) The strength of any hand (even AA) drops significantly the more hands it plays against... so how many players do you want to go up against with TT?

3) What happens when you call vs 3-bet?
:spade:A call doesn't give you the chance to win pre-flop with a good hand, a 3-bet might if everyone folds.

:spade:A call is not likely to get many players behind you to fold, so you are more likely to have a multi-way pot and be out of position, while a 3-bet might prevent others (like MP+2) from joining the pot, giving you positional advantage.

:spade:A 3-bet is likely to reduce the number of players in the hand to protect the equity of your TT.

:spade:If someone raises behind you, then you've got a decision to make regardless if you called or 3-bet. Someone 4-betting you is going to happen a lot less and I think 3-betting is going to lead to easier decisions overall.

I don't play 9-man games so I have no idea if these ranges are anywhere near correct, but you can see that vs the original raiser, TT has about 60% equity, but against 3 players it only has about 35% equity.
