Also, is betting flop this small good cause I never expect to get bluffraised here and keep as many dominated hands in as possible.
If his good TAG, then maybe he thinks you are trying to steal CO's blind and floats you. I would call turn also and bet bigger on flop.

not always you don´t have to call turn and then call rive.
some players woudl often take that line with medium pp-s, top pair, which they would bet turn for value and then check it down.
and I think raising tur for inducing something isn´t too bad idea 
but for there you have to do some levelling first.
villain has less than a PSB left and I think AT=AA here. Id probably fold both. I just think he is going to shove river like always if hes decent and Im going to make big mistakes.
