Bet bigger on flop & turn.
3/4 at the least. You could even overbet the turn here as we want stacks in the middle.
River is worst card in the deck. 1/2 pot then fold is good.

Tough to fold a set on the river I think. KQ seems unlikely and calling flop with a backdoor flush draw seems weird as well. Read less I would call against a unknown on NL2.

He can still have about 7 combo of nut flushes and KQ is not that unlikely since checking flop with it is not that bad and I would expect nl2 player to x/c turn with it as well, even against unknown. Would be tempted to call with 8h, but fold anyway since river raises are too rare to bluffcatch unknown players.
