Villain 43/8 loose fish (<50 hands), OTF I didnt want raise cause I thought that he'd fold the worse hands and only call with better ones, so I called, OTT I didnt place X6 to his hand, I considered this pot bet as a bluff so I called, OTR he still showing big agression and I believed him, maybe his Ax came so I folded.

Is fold the good decision here or I cant fold this if I played the Turn this way? Or should I have fold at Turn already?

I would overfold the turn for 2 reasons.

1. villain is loose fish that means he likes to call, instead he 3bets pre and then just pots the turn, which is a sign for me i laydown marginal hands like KJo here.
2. If you call the turn in 3bet pots with potsize on turn on a a marginal hand like KJ you will always be in a bad tough spot otr with some odds to call anyway.

As played river see point 2. i would just fold otr.

You dont need to consider this pot bet as bluff all that matters is that he represent a stronger range in general, and you have more or less a pretty marginal holding
with less chance to improve, i wouldnt go broke on it, and calling potsize ott on 3bet pots put you in tough spot like always on the river unimproved.

Villains bet sizing is really weird with the min 3bet pre-flop. Half pot on the flop and potsize on the turn. Read less I would fold the turn as well and as played the river. Decent change you are dealing with a over pair or better.
