Yes its standard call against 3bet blinds vs BTN.
ATs-A2s on BTN versus blinds is standard call against 3bet(resteal)
You could argue to mix in some 4bets with AQs AJs.
The chart im looking at right now suggest AKs 4bet / AQs - A2s call, mix in some 4bets with A8s-A5s on some 25 % frequency
I play AQs-A2s as a 3bet call. AK 4bet/broke
I would 4bet anything else on NL2 though.
Calling seems fine or villian is really tight pre-flop. You have advantage of position post-flop and A9s has decent playability.
