I saw him limping only 2 times, both times I isolate him. Once he fold preflop, second time he fold to a CB. Since i haven't seen a showdown I belive he is maybe limping suited connectors or small pairs utg. He has a low WTSD so i dont know if I made a good call on the turn, to me it looked like he had a big draw, so i decided to call and call a blank river. River brings a 5, so a str8 draw completes and i can't really see many hands that I beat. Therefore the question is how should I play this hand on the turn?

Shove or fold =)

He raises you pretty small, so he might be very strong here, begging you to call. A c/r on the turn is hardly ever a bluff. I'd rather fold this one.

If you think player is making the move, then call on the turn is better, but then you also have to call river shove
If you think player is not bluffing there enough timesthen fold is better
I like folding more on the turn than calling or shoving
